With over 22 years in the construction industry, Wade is a master builder and exceptional leader. Starting right out of high school, Wade has progressed from leading himself to managing crews and overseeing multiple teams. His expertise covers all aspects of framing and concrete work, including rough framing, roofs, trusses, and both residential and commercial projects.
Wade excels in reading blueprints and collaborating with contractors and homeowners, earning a stellar reputation for his attention to detail and dedication to quality.
Beyond his professional achievements, Wade has been married for over 20 years and is a devoted father to four children. His strong family values and commitment to his faith guide his life and work, emphasizing integrity, honesty, and respect.

At just 18, he dove into the outdoor kitchen industry, quickly earning a reputation for his hard work and dedication. Recently, Silas added a business degree from Florida Gulf Coast University to his toolkit, bringing fresh ideas and a solid business acumen to Valor Construction.
